NORTH Link Delegation to Canberra – working for Melbourne’s North and its economy
NORTH Link led a Melbourne’s North delegation to Canberra on 28-29 March 2017 and it was a great success.
Delegates were drawn from the Cities of Banyule, Darebin and Hume and the Shires of Nillumbik and Mitchell (representing all 7 Councils in Melbourne’s North, La Trobe University, Melbourne Polytechnic, Bendigo Kangan Institute, Northern Health and the Northern Melbourne RDA).
Our agenda with 10 Federal Ministers and 3 Federal Shadow Ministers was so full that we had to split the delegation in two at certain times.

The Hon Greg Hunt MP, Minister for Health and Sport
Senator the Hon Michaelia Cash, Minister for Employment
The Hon Darren Chester MP, Minister for Infrastructure and Transport

We will keep you updated on follow-up work arising from the delegation.
